Choose To Race In The Great Northwoods

Hungry Bear has a route to challenge all riders. Take on the challenge to ride the Hungry Bear 100, race the Snacking Bear 60, or start with the Climbing Cub; all routes give riders a taste of Northern Wisconsin gravel riding and the great communities that make up our Northwoods.

2025 Gravel Routes

Whether you have the hankering to ride the Hungry Bear 100, Snacking Bear 60, or the Climbing Cub, all routes will serve up a challenge and give you a taste of the fortified gravel we have in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. From smooth rolling forest roads to steep descents littered with bumpy baby heads to eroded logging tracks, the three routes are a smorgasbord of million-year-old table scraps left over from the last glacial period.
